Администрация тут недавно выпустила доктрину национальной безопасности,
где среди прочего, говорится:

President Trump single-handedly reversed more than three decades
of mistaken American assumptions about China: namely, that by opening our
markets to China, encouraging American business to invest in China, and
outsourcing our manufacturing to China, we would facilitate China’s entry
into the so-called “rulesbased international order.” This did not happen.
China got rich and powerful, and used its wealth and power to its considerable
advantage. American elites—over four successive administrations of both
political parties—were either willing enablers of China’s strategy or in
denial.

Going forward, we will rebalance America’s economic relationship with China,
prioritizing reciprocity and fairness to restore American economic independence.
Trade with China should be balanced and focused on non-sensitive factors.

Западное полушарие, Индо-Тихоокеанский регион, доктрина Монро, вот это все,
в 33-странично документе 4 страницы отведено под Китай. Про экспортные
ограничения и головняк с Тайванем можно и не упоминать. "Ну вы понели"

А пару дней назад нам сообщают следующее:


The Trump administration plans to lift a blockade on exports of Nvidia's
H200 chips to China — and the U.S. government will get a 25% cut from future
sales, the president said Monday.

А все почему? А потому что:
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has been pressing the White House to allow the
U.S. to export advanced chips to China, arguing that it'll help the U.S.
win the AI race.

Я конечно, баран, но объясните мне пожалуста (из сострадания) каким, блядь,
образом, сие поможет победить Америке в ИИ-гонке? Они, что, решили повторить
операцию "Пейджер", только теперь с этими чипами. Мне кто-нибудь может
объяснить логику действий этой тусовки?

Хотя вполне возможно, я черезчур усложняю картину, и все на что надо
обратить внимание, это на эти 25%. Загадочная улыбка Моны Лизы может
объясняться тем что она была просто дурой, а вся эта акробатика тем, что
рыжий просто вор, 90-стайл: золото во все поля, крест на пузе, малиновый
пиджак, распил-откат-занос.
